Qualifications

• Effective interpersonal, analytical and negotiation abilities.

• Experience in customer service/retail environment is a plus.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent for analytical work.

Responsibilities

• Manage a caseload of routine to moderately complex workers' compensation claims.
• Evaluate compensability, losses, and reasonable outcomes.
• Collaborate with claimants, policyholders, attorneys and partners throughout the lifecycle.
• Plan investigations to confirm coverage, liability, and damages.
• Establish reserves and adjust as needed within authority limits.
