• Knowledge of California Labor Code as it relates to workers' compensation.

Responsibilities

• Oversee timely completion of performance reviews for unit personnel.
• Provide monetary approval authority up to your level.
• Maintain selected files and ensure accurate, complete records.
• Provide information, reports, and logs to clients as required.
• Mentor and coach staff; deliver regular performance feedback.
