Responsibilities

Manage all aspects of workers' compensation claims from intake to resolution.
Interview clients and witnesses to gather information for case development.
Review medical records and legal files to assess claim validity and prepare summaries.
Coordinate with medical providers, insurers, and legal teams to facilitate claim resolution.
Maintain detailed case files using legal case management systems such as PCLaw and iManage.
Conduct legal research on workers' compensation law and procedures to support strategies.
Draft legal documents and correspondence with clarity and professionalism.
Handle confidential information in compliance with privacy laws.
Assist in discovery and litigation processes as needed.
Utilize LexisNexis and Westlaw to gather pertinent information.
