• Negotiate settlements with insurers and parties for favorable outcomes.
• Draft contracts, pleadings, and case summaries clearly articulating positions.
• Represent clients in hearings, mediations, and trials with strong advocacy.
• Maintain clear client communication on case developments and advice.
