Responsibilities

• Manage all aspects of workers' compensation claims from intake to resolution.
• Interview clients and witnesses to gather information for case development.
• Review medical records and legal files to assess claim viability.
• Coordinate with medical providers, insurers, and legal teams to resolve claims.
• Maintain case files in PCLaw and iManage with meticulous detail.
• Conduct legal research on workers' compensation law, procedures, and regs.
• Draft legal documents and correspondence with clarity and professionalism.
• Handle confidential information with discretion and privacy compliance.
• Support litigation by reviewing documents and assisting in discovery.
• Use LexisNexis and Westlaw to gather pertinent legal information.
• Communicate effectively with clients, adjusters, providers, and teams.
