Manage the full spectrum of workers' compensation claims from inception through resolution.
Conduct legal research using LexisNexis and Westlaw to support case strategies.
Prepare and file motions, depositions, and pleadings with procedural accuracy.
Negotiate settlements with insurers and other parties.
Draft contracts, pleadings, and case summaries for client positions.
Represent clients in hearings, mediations, and trials.
Maintain clear client communication and updates on case progress.
Collaborate on complex cases involving general or commercial litigation.
Manage case files using legal case management systems.
