Qualifications

• Demonstrated knowledge of workers' compensation law procedures and regulations.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills with attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Manage all aspects of workers' compensation claims, including initial intake, documentation, and ongoing case tracking.
• Conduct thorough interviews with clients and witnesses to gather relevant information for case development.
• Review medical records, employment documents, and legal files to assess claim validity and prepare case summaries.
• Coordinate with medical providers, insurance carriers, and legal teams to facilitate claim resolution.
• Maintain detailed case files using legal case management systems such as PCLaw and iManage.
• Conduct legal research on workers' compensation law, procedural law, and relevant regulations to support case strategies.
• Draft legal documents, reports, and correspondence with clarity and professionalism.
• Handle confidential information with discretion while ensuring compliance with privacy laws.
• Support litigation processes by reviewing documents, preparing pleadings, and assisting in discovery procedures.
• Utilize research tools such as LexisNexis and Westlaw to gather pertinent legal information.
• Communicate effectively with clients, insurance adjusters, healthcare providers, and internal teams.
