Job summary

UST is seeking a Workday Time & Absence Sales Solution Architect to lead effective solution demonstrations across various functional areas. As part of this role, you will create tailored materials and help expand clients' Workday footprints.

The ideal candidate must have certifications in Workday, experience in sales consulting, and excellent communication skills.

The position is remote and offers a salary range of $94,000 – $141,000 with comprehensive benefits.

Qualifications

• Current Workday Partner Certification in Time Tracking and/or Absence.
• Multiple end-to-end Workday implementations across functional or technical areas required.
• Professional experience in Pre-Sales / Sales Consulting preferred.
• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
• Strong presentation and demonstration skills in front of a technical, business, and executive audience.

Responsibilities

• Prep, conduct and lead effective Workday solution demonstrations across multiple functional areas.
• Develop and deliver relevant product presentations and workshops to support sales or marketing.
• Partner with customer base account teams to help expand their Workday footprint.
• Stay current in skills and Workday knowledge to support client delivery.
• Coordinate with product leads on sales materials reflecting latest developments.
