Job summary

Accenture is seeking a Workday Solution Architect Manager, L7, in a remote role. You will lead Workday HCM, Payroll and Finance implementations, collaborating with sales, delivery, and client teams to craft robust, value-driven solutions.

The position requires 5+ years in tech, strong Workday delivery experience, a bachelor's degree, and ability to staff and price solutions. Travel up to 20% may be required.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 5 years of experience in a technology environment with a strong focus on systems integration solutions.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience delivering Workday HCM and/or Payroll and/or Finance (ERP) systems.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent (minimum 12 years) work experience; if an Associate’s Degree, minimum 6 years of experience.

Responsibilities

• Architect technology solutions for Workday HCM, Payroll and/or Finance.
• Collaborate with sales, delivery teams and clients to build and price solutions.
• Drive technology delivery sign-off with input from pursuit teams on objectives, risk, budget and preferences.
• Work with sales and SMEs during the sales process and coordinate with delivery teams.
• Staff and price using Accenture solutioning tools and coordinate pricing with relevant teams.
• Promote standards in solutions by coordinating with Legal/Commercial and Corporate Development.
