Job summary

Intuitive, a global leader in robotic-assisted surgery, is seeking a Sr. Solutions Architect with deep Workday HCM expertise to design and deliver scalable, user-centered HR solutions.

This on-site role focuses on leading Workday HCM, Time Tracking, and Absence implementations while collaborating with HR, IT, and business stakeholders. You will guide strategic projects, manage Workday releases, and ensure data security and compliance across global teams.

Qualifications

• Minimum 12+ years of experience in developing business requirements and re-engineering processes.
• Minimum 10 years hands-on Workday configuration experience including business processes and security.
• Minimum 4+ years coaching technical or operational teams.

Responsibilities

• Act as trusted advisor to HR, Payroll, IT and business leaders, lead the end-to-end solution architecture for Workday HCM, Time Tracking, and Absence modules
• Design cross-module integrations and ensure alignment between HCM, Payroll, Time Tracking, Absence, and downstream systems
• Assess current systems and utilization; identify improvements to maximize value and efficiency
• Build and execute detailed implementation plans including discovery, design, QA/testing, deploy and support using agile methodologies
• Ensure product in development matches requirements by liaising with all involved teams
• Manage Workday releases and upgrades with thorough testing and reporting
• Identify risks and develop mitigation for data quality
• Partner with IT to ensure data security and privacy compliance
• Provide ongoing feedback to drive product adoption
• Collaborate with internal teams on process documentation, training
• Partner with Finance and IT to provide documentation for internal and SOX control
