Job summary

Eliassen Group is seeking a Workday Time & Absence Product Manager for a remote contract. Lead strategy, roadmap, and backlog for Time Tracking, Absence, Leave, and Workforce Scheduling while collaborating with HR, Payroll, Compliance, and Technology.

Drive AI-enabled, compliant solutions and partner with AI teams to pilot and scale intelligent workforce processes. Ensure testing and deployments across multiple Workday domains succeed.

Qualifications

• 3+ years supporting Workday Time Tracking and Absence Management.
• Hands-on Workday configuration expertise.
• Proven requirements gathering and scalable solution design experience.
• Leadership of UAT, integration testing, regression testing, and production deployments.

Responsibilities

• Define and manage strategy, roadmap, and backlog for Workday Time Tracking, Absence, Leave, and Scheduling.
• Partner with HR, Payroll, Operations, Compliance, and Technology to define future-state experiences.
• Translate objectives into measurable outcomes and multi-quarter roadmaps.
• Identify AI, automation, and analytics opportunities for workforce processes.
• Design AI-enabled solutions for leave case management and scheduling assistance.
• Pilot and scale intelligent workforce solutions with enterprise AI teams.
• Own testing strategy across unit, integration, UAT, and production validation.
• Build and maintain product backlogs, release plans, and coordinate implementations across HR, IT, and partners.
