Job summary

Eliassen Group is seeking a Workday Time & Absence Product Manager to own time tracking, absence, leave, and scheduling within a highly configurable Workday environment. The role blends product management with deep Workday configuration, testing, release management, and solution design, leveraging AI and automation to modernize processes.

As a remote contract position, you will partner with HR, Payroll, Operations, Compliance, and Technology to define future-state experiences and multi-quarter

Qualifications

• 3+ years supporting Workday Time Tracking and Absence Management
• Hands-on Workday configuration expertise
• Experience as Product Owner/PM or HR Tech lead

Responsibilities

• Define and manage strategy, roadmap, and backlog for Workday Time Tracking, Absence, Leave Management, and Scheduling
• Partner cross-functionally to define future-state workforce experiences
• Translate objectives into measurable outcomes and multi-quarter roadmaps
• Identify AI, automation, and analytics opportunities for workforce processes
• Own testing strategy including unit, UAT, and production validation
