Qualifications

• 3+ years supporting Workday Time Tracking and Absence Management.
• Hands-on Workday configuration expertise.
• Experience as Product Manager, Product Owner, or HR tech lead.

Responsibilities

• Define and manage strategy, roadmap, and backlog for Workday Time Tracking, Absence, Leave, and Scheduling.
• Partner with HR, Payroll, Operations, Compliance, and Technology to define future-state experiences.
• Translate objectives into measurable outcomes and multi-quarter roadmaps.
• Identify AI/automation opportunities for workforce processes.
• Design AI-enabled solutions for leave and scheduling with policy interpretation and self-service.
• Lead discovery, requirements workshops, and user story creation.
• Own testing strategy including unit, integration, UAT, and production validation.
• Develop KPIs and leverage Workday reporting and dashboards.
