Eliassen Group is seeking a Workday Time & Absence Product Manager to own time tracking, absence, leave, and scheduling capabilities in a remote, contract role. You will combine product management with Workday configuration, testing, release management, and solution design.

Qualifications

• 3+ years supporting Workday Time Tracking and Absence Management.
• Hands-on Workday configuration expertise.
• Experience as Product Manager or Product Owner or HR technology lead.
• Leadership of UAT, integration testing, and deployments.
• Strong knowledge of payroll impacts and workforce compliance.

Responsibilities

• Define and manage strategy, roadmap, and backlog for Workday Time Tracking, Absence, Leave, and Scheduling.
• Partner with HR, Payroll, Operations, Compliance and Technology to define future-state experiences.
• Translate objectives into measurable outcomes and multi-quarter roadmaps.
• Identify AI/automation opportunities for workforce processes.
• Design AI-enabled solutions for leave, scheduling, compliance, and self-service.
• Own testing strategy including unit, system integration, UAT, and regression.
• Build backlogs and release plans; coordinate implementations across HR, IT and partners.
• Support Workday upgrades, feature releases, and optimization.
• Develop KPIs and leverage Workday analytics and dashboards.
