Eliassen Group is seeking a Workday Time & Absence Product Manager for a remote contract role. You will own and advance time tracking, absence management, leave, and scheduling capabilities with deep Workday configuration, testing, and release management.

Qualifications

• 3+ years supporting Workday Time Tracking and Absence Management.
• Hands-on Workday configuration experience.
• Proven requirements gathering and scalable solution design experience.
• Leadership of UAT, integration testing, regression testing, and deployments.

Responsibilities

• Define and manage strategy, roadmap, and backlog for Workday Time Tracking, Absence, Leave, and Scheduling.
• Partner with HR, Payroll, Operations, Compliance, and Technology to define future-state experiences.
• Translate objectives into measurable outcomes and multi-quarter roadmaps.
• Identify AI, machine learning, automation opportunities for workforce processes.
• Design AI-enabled solutions for leave management, scheduling assistance, and compliance.
• Partner with enterprise AI teams to pilot and scale intelligent workforce solutions.
• Serve as product owner and SME for Time Tracking, Absence, Leave Administration, Eligibility Rules, and Time Calculations.
• Configure and maintain Workday business processes and time/leave plans.
• Lead discovery, workshops, and translate needs into user stories and acceptance criteria.
• Own testing strategy including unit, integration, UAT, regression, and production validation.
• Build release plans and coordinate implementations across HR, IT, and partners.
• Support Workday upgrades and continuous optimization.
• Develop KPIs and leverage Workday reporting and analytics.
• Identify predictive analytics and AI-generated insights to improve workforce planning.
