Job summary

Accenture is seeking a Workday Solution Architect Manager, L7, to lead large-scale Workday implementations and ongoing support in a remote role. You will architect HCM, Payroll and Finance solutions, partnering with sales, delivery, and clients to shape proposals and delivery plans.

This senior role requires deep Workday experience across HCM, Payroll and ERP, plus strong stakeholder management. Travel may be limited; you’ll join Accenture Technology in a globally integrated team.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 5 years in a technology environment with a strong focus on systems integration solutions.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience delivering Workday HCM and/or Payroll and/or Finance (ERP) systems.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent (minimum 12 years) work experience.

Responsibilities

• Architect technology solutions for Workday HCM, Payroll and/or Finance.
• Collaborate with sales teams, senior client buyers, delivery teams and functional experts to build solutions.
• Drive Technology Delivery sign-off on solutions with input from pursuit teams on client objectives and budget.
• Work with sales and Subject Matter Experts during the sales process and coordinate with delivery.
