Job summary

Accenture is seeking a Workday HCM/Talent Architect to lead advisory efforts in cloud-based data reporting and Workday implementations for global clients. You will architect the end-to-end HCM solution, manage stakeholders, and guide workshops and delivery teams on complex projects.

Travel may be required, with an emphasis on leadership, collaboration, and delivering best-practice Workday outcomes. Minimum 3 years in consulting and HCM functions are required, with Workday Partner Certification.

Qualifications

• Workday Partner Certification required.
• 3+ years consulting or client-side experience in a Lead or similar role.
• 3+ years of working HCM functional experience and Workday implementations.

Responsibilities

• Manage teams in identifying business requirements, functional design, process design, prototyping, testing, training, and support procedures.
• Architect Workday HCM solutions to ensure cohesive cross-functional impacts.
• Formulate planning, budgeting, forecasting and reporting strategies.
• Lead client workshops and manage vendor relationships.
• Mentor and manage project staff performance; escalate critical issues as needed.
