Job summary

Accenture is seeking a Workday Functional Lead in the United States to guide HCM/workday initiatives and cloud-based data reporting. You will lead a team of advisory professionals, design functional solutions, and ensure cohesive end-to-end Workday deployments across finance, analytics, planning and HR.

You’ll mentor staff, manage client workshops, architect Workday across streams, and drive delivery with strong stakeholder engagement. Travel up to 0–100% may be required.

Qualifications

• Workday Partner Certification (preferred)
• Minimum 3 years of consulting or client-side experience in a Lead or similar role
• Minimum 3 years of working in HCM Functional experience
• Minimum 3 years of Workday implementations
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent (minimum 12 years work experience)

Responsibilities

• Manage teams in gathering business requirements, design, prototyping, testing, training, and support procedures
• Architect Workday across the HCM solution ensuring cohesive, cross-functional impacts
• Formulate planning, budgeting, forecasting, and reporting strategies
• Draft statements of work or client proposals and manage vendor relationships
• Lead workshops for client education and mentor staff on performance metrics
