Job summary

Accenture is seeking a Workday Functional Lead to join our global cloud advisory team focusing on Workday HCM, HR and finance processes. You will lead functional design, workshops, and client engagements while mentoring project staff and managing budgets and milestones.

In this role you will architect Workday solutions across planning, budgeting, forecasting, and reporting, ensure cross-functional integration, and apply Accenture methodologies.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years of working HCM functional experience.
• Minimum 3 years of Workday implementations.
• Minimum 3 years of consulting or client-side experience.
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent; related Workday certifications preferred.

Responsibilities

• Identify business requirements and design Workday HCM solutions.
• Architect Workday HCM to ensure cohesive, cross-functional impacts.
• Formulate planning, budgeting, forecasting and reporting strategies.
• Architect statements of work and client proposals.
• Architect and manage vendor relationships.
• Lead workshops for client education and manage project budgets.
• Provide SME guidance and mentor project staff.
