Qualifications

• Current Workday Project Manager Certification and active Workday Partner Certification.
• Minimum 3 years' experience managing Workday implementations across HCM, Payroll, Financials or related modules.
• Proven experience delivering projects for medium to large enterprise organisations.
• Strong understanding of Workday implementation methodology and project governance frameworks.
• Experience managing multiple projects simultaneously in a consulting or professional services environment.
• Excellent stakeholder management with the ability to influence senior leaders.
• Strong commercial awareness with experience managing project budgets and delivery profitability.
• Exceptional communication, presentation, organisational, and problem-solving skills.
• PMP, PRINCE2, Agile, or equivalent project management qualifications.

Responsibilities

• Lead multiple concurrent Workday implementation projects from initiation through go-live.
• Establish and manage project governance, plans, budgets, resources, risks, issues, and dependencies.
• Collaborate with client project teams to achieve key milestones, including design sign-off, testing approvals, and deployment readiness.
• Identify and proactively mitigate risks that could impact scope, timelines, quality, or budget.
• Ensure compliance with Workday implementation methodology and delivery assurance requirements.
• Act as a trusted advisor to clients, promoting Workday best practices and driving successful adoption.
• Present project updates and recommendations to executive stakeholders and project teams.
• Support business development activities, including solution scoping, delivery planning, SOWs, and change requests.
• Manage project financial performance and ensure delivery remains aligned to contractual commitments.
• Mentor and provide guidance to Project Managers and delivery team members.
• Identify opportunities to expand client engagement through additional services and solutions.
• Foster a culture of collaboration, continuous improvement, and professional development.
