Job summary

UST is seeking a Workday Senior Certified Integrations Consultant to bridge business and technical teams on remote engagements in the US. The role emphasizes leadership on small projects, client interaction, and cross‑functional collaboration within a growing Workday practice.

Qualified candidates have multiple Workday certifications, 4+ years in HCM/ERP integrations, and solid experience with EDI, web services, XML/XSLT, Java/.NET.

Qualifications

• Current Workday Integration Certification plus at least one additional integration certification (Studio, CCTPP, CCB, Fin Int) – required
• Hands-on experience implementing Workday integrations, post-production support, or technical/functional consulting experience
• 4+ years of HCM/ERP software experience with EDI, Web Services, SOAP, REST, XML, XSLT, Java, .Net or other integration technologies
• 3+ years integrating systems with third‑party service vendors
• Previous consulting experience with a consulting/software company
• Experience with other HR technology tools
• Experience and understanding of human resources data
• Business, process, and data analysis skills
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Good negotiation and facilitation skills
• Ability to work proactively and independently within a project framework
• Willingness to advance technically and earn additional Workday certification
• Strong interest in collaborative work with clients
• Experience leveraging AI‑enabled tools to improve productivity, streamline processes, and enhance solution delivery is a plus
• Proven ability to work within a team‑oriented environment
• Proven ability to work creatively and analytically in a problem‑solving environment
• Ability to operate effectively in a dynamic, growing ecosystem with minimal supervision
• Bachelor’s degree (or higher) with a focus in technology or relevant work experience

Responsibilities

• Contribute on client engagements and lead small projects
• Build and maintain relationships with implementation teams
• Keep Engagement Managers and stakeholders apprised of project status
• Mentor junior consultants and/or lead teams
• Provide input on delivery estimation and resource planning to business leads
• Lead discovery sessions with customer subject matter experts across technical integration areas
• Manage competing priorities
