The role includes coordinating new releases, testing, documentation, and ongoing improvements to talent solutions technology stack to drive scalable processes

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in HR, Information Systems, Business Administration, or related field.
• Minimum 5+ years of Workday HCM configuration.
• Minimum 3+ years of Workday Recruiting configuration.
• Knowledge of Talent Acquisition processes and operations.
• Requires professionalism, confidentiality, and strong communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Configure Workday Recruiting business processes, including notifications and rules.
• Configure Docs and set up documents; mass distribute as needed.
• Maintain security groups when security impact is included in work.
• Manage and maintain data flow between Workday Recruiting, Paradox, and HiredScore.
• Build, revise, and test reports with calculated fields and data integrity.
