Qualifications
- Minimum 5+ years of Workday HCM configuration.
- Minimum 3+ years of Workday Recruiting configuration.
- Experience with Paradox and HiredScore is preferred.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and documentation skills.
Responsibilities
- Configure Workday Recruiting processes, notifications, rules, analytics.
- Maintain security groups and data flow between systems.
- Build reports with calculated fields and ensure data integrity.
- Support release testing and feature enablement with Talent Acquisition.
- Collaborate with vendors and internal teams to align tech with processes.
- Document business requirements and test plans.
- Drive process optimization and scalable automation for Talent Solutions.
