Job summary

Crowe in the United States is seeking a Workday Recruiting Technology Manager to lead the configuration, optimization, and maintenance of Workday Recruiting and related tools such as Paradox and HiredScore. You will partner with Talent Acquisition, IT, and business units to ensure recruiting platforms meet evolving business needs.

Responsibilities include building and testing reports, managing data flows, implementing new releases, and driving process improvements.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in HR, IS, business admin or equivalent experience.
• 5+ years Workday HCM configuration experience.
• 3+ years Workday Recruiting configuration.
• Experience with Paradox and HiredScore preferred.

Responsibilities

• Configure Workday Recruiting workflows, alerts and analytics.
• Maintain data flow between Workday Recruiting, Paradox, and HiredScore.
• Build reports and test new features for Recruiting.
• Coordinate release testing with Talent Acquisition and IT teams.
• Support system integrations and ad hoc projects in TA Suite.
