Job summary

Conch Technologies, Inc. is seeking a Project Manager with Workday expertise to lead end‑to‑end Payroll, HCM and Time implementations on a remote basis. You will manage plans, milestones, budgets, risks and dependencies, coordinating with HR, Payroll, Finance, IT and Workday partners.

Requires 5+ years in PM roles delivering HCM/ERP projects, Workday experience, and strong communication and stakeholder‑management skills. Familiarity with Agile, Waterfall or hybrid methods is needed.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of Project Management experience leading HCM, Payroll, ERP, or enterprise software implementations.
• Experience managing Workday implementation or major Workday enhancement projects.
• Strong understanding of HR, payroll, workforce management, and related business processes.
• Proven ability to manage multiple stakeholders, vendors, and implementation partners.
• Experience with project management methodologies such as Agile, Waterfall, or hybrid approaches.
• Excellent communication, organizational, and leadership skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead the end-to-end implementation of Workday Payroll, HCM, and Time modules.
• Manage project plans, timelines, milestones, budgets, risks, and dependencies.
• Serve as the primary coordination point between internal stakeholders and Workday Services.
• Facilitate project governance, steering committee meetings, and executive status reporting.
• Coordinate cross-functional teams including HR, Payroll, Finance, Operations, and IT.
• Drive requirements gathering, business process alignment, testing, training, change management, and go-live readiness activities.
• Track implementation risks and proactively develop mitigation strategies.
• Ensure project deliverables are completed on schedule and aligned with business objectives.
