Intelliswift - An LTTS Company is seeking an experienced Project Manager to lead HR, People Operations, and Payroll initiatives using Workday. This remote, 3-month engagement will coordinate leave management, payroll operations, and system integrations across HR, Payroll, Benefits, HR Technology, and Finance teams.

The ideal candidate will bring 7+ years of project management with hands-on Workday experience, strong cross-functional collaboration, and a proven track record in large enterprise

Qualifications

• 7+ years of experience in Project Management, People Operations, Payroll, HR Technology, or related functions.
• Hands-on Workday experience (HCM, Payroll, Absence Management).
• Strong payroll operations and HR systems integration knowledge.
• Experience leading complex cross-functional projects in large enterprises.
• Experience managing project risks, dependencies, testing cycles, and stakeholder communications.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead end‑to‑end coordination for complex HR, payroll, and leave management initiatives.
• Align and execute across cross‑functional teams, vendors, and stakeholders.
• Manage project plans, timelines, risks, and escalations.
• Coordinate testing, UAT, and deployment readiness activities.
• Facilitate stakeholder meetings, workshops, and status reviews.
• Develop project documentation and executive communications.
• Support process improvements across payroll and People Ops.
• Ensure on-time delivery aligned with business objectives.
• Manage multiple concurrent workstreams in a fast-paced environment.
