Job summary

Intellisoft Technologies is seeking a high‑caliber Lead Workday Financials Engineer to design, build, and support complex Workday integrations in a large enterprise Finance organization. This role is hands‑on, coding with Workday Extend, Studio, and REST/SOAP APIs, while guiding technical delivery.

Requires GL, S2P, payroll experience, release‑management familiarity, and the ability to lead or closely work as an IC.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of hands-on Workday technical development experience.
• Advanced experience with Workday integrations and APIs (REST/SOAP).
• Proven experience supporting Workday Financial Management, including GL, Expense, and S2P.
• Strong technical skills with Studio, Orchestrate, XML, JSON, and XSLT.
• Experience in enterprise Finance environments.
• Ability to lead technical delivery.

Responsibilities

• Design, build, test, deploy, and support complex Workday integrations using Studio, Orchestrate, EIB, Core/Cloud Connectors, and REST/SOAP APIs.
• Develop and maintain custom solutions using Workday Extend, including hands‑on coding, orchestration logic, and API‑driven integrations.
• Build and support inbound and outbound integrations between Workday Financials and external systems.
• Perform data transformations using XML, JSON, XSLT, and Workday calculated fields.
• Provide technical engineering support across Workday Financial Management, including GL, Expense and S2P.
• Act as a technical lead for Workday Financials integrations and Extend development, while remaining fully hands‑on.
• Support the full development lifecycle from technical design to production support.
• Maintain technical documentation, data mappings, and integration specifications.
