Insight Global is seeking a Senior Workday Developer to lead reporting, migration, and integration efforts in a complex Workday environment. You will drive advanced reporting, Studio integrations, and data conversions while collaborating with HR, Finance, and IT leaders to deliver scalable, secure solutions.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of Workday development experience.
• Strong experience with Workday Reporting and Advanced Report Writer.
• Experience building Composite Reports, Calculated Fields, and Integrations.
• Experience with Workday Security Configuration and HCM/Financials modules.
• Experience developing inbound and outbound integrations (REST/SOAP, XML, JSON).
• Strong SQL and ETL skills; knowledge of data governance helpful.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain advanced Workday reports, dashboards, and analytics solutions.
• Build complex Calculated Fields and Composite Reports.
• Develop and support Workday Studio integrations, Core Connectors, EIBs, APIs, and web services.
• Configure and enhance Workday security, business processes, and tenant solutions.
• Integrate Workday with internal and third‑party applications.
• Support Workday implementation, migration, and deployment initiatives.
• Participate in data conversion activities, validation, testing, and production cutovers.
• Troubleshoot reporting, integration, and data issues.
• Partner with HR, Finance, IT, and business leaders to gather requirements.
