Job summary

Altera is seeking a Workday Integrations and Reporting Lead to own and scale our Workday integrations, reporting, and analytics capabilities as we continue to build and optimize our people systems environment.

The ideal candidate combines strong technical expertise in Workday integrations and reporting with a customer-focused mindset and the ability to translate business requirements into sustainable system solutions.

Qualifications

• 6+ years of Workday HCM experience, with focus specifically on integrations and/or reporting.
• Hands-on expertise with Workday Studio, EIB, Core Connectors, Workday Web Services (SOAP/REST), XSLT.
• Strong background in Workday report writer, calculated fields, and BIRT/RaaS.
• Understanding of Workday security model as it relates to integrations and reporting.
• Strong Sdata analysis skills.
• Excellent stakeholder communication and project management skills.

Responsibilities

• Own and scale our Workday integration, reporting, and analytics capabilities.
• Partner closely with HR, Payroll, IT, Finance and external vendors to deliver reliable, scalable solutions.
• Drive data governance and workforce analytics to enable informed decision-making.
