Job summary

MSRcosmos LLC is seeking a Workday HCM Functional Consultant to lead requirement gathering, solution design, configuration and testing for HR transformation initiatives in a hybrid NYC-area environment.

The role requires extensive Workday HCM experience, strong HR process knowledge, and the ability to collaborate with HR, payroll, benefits and IT teams to deliver compliant, scalable solutions.

Qualifications

• Extensive experience as a Workday HCM Functional Consultant.
• Strong functional knowledge of Core HCM, Organization Management and BPM.
• Experience leading requirement gathering, solution design and stakeholder management.

Responsibilities

• Act as the primary Functional Consultant for Workday HCM implementations and enhancements.
• Conduct requirement gathering workshops and perform fitgap analysis with HR and business stakeholders.
• Translate business requirements into Workday HR solutions and functional designs.
• Configure and support Workday HCM modules and business processes.
• Collaborate with HR, Talent Management, Payroll, Benefits and technical teams to ensure successful delivery.
• Support data migration, testing, SIT/UAT, defect resolution and production deployment activities.
• Prepare functional specifications, process documentation and user training materials.
• Provide post-go-live support and drive continuous process improvements.
• Ensure compliance with HR policies, security and regulatory requirements.

Role Summary

Seeking a Functional Consultant with extensive experience in Workday HCM Human Capital Management to lead requirement gathering solution design configuration testing and stakeholder engagement for HR transformation and workforce management initiatives

Consulting experience with at least one endtoend Workday HCM implementation

Job Responsibilities

Act as the primary Functional Consultant for Workday HCM implementations and enhancements

Conduct requirement gathering workshops and perform fitgap analysis with HR and business stakeholders

Translate business requirements into Workday HR solutions and functional designs

Configure and support Workday HCM modules and business processes

Collaborate with HR Talent Management Payroll Benefits and technical teams to ensure successful solution delivery

Support data migration testing SITUAT defect resolution and production deployment activities

Prepare functional specifications process documentation and user training materials

Provide postgolive support and drive continuous process improvements
