Zusammenfassung

Xometry is seeking a seasoned Workday Systems Lead Consultant to drive a full global Workday implementation across Core HCM, Absence, Compensation, Benefits, and Payroll. You will partner with HR, IT, Finance, and external partners to ensure scalable, well-governed processes that meet regional needs.

The ideal candidate brings 5+ years of hands-on Workday experience and a proven track record delivering at least one full implementation from design to go-live.

Qualifikationen

• 5+ years of hands‑on Workday configuration/consulting experience.
• Proven experience leading or serving as a lead systems consultant on at least one full global Workday implementation across modules.
• Solid understanding of US and international Workday configuration with region-specific localization.
• Experience integrating Workday with downstream platforms and HR integrations.
• Experience with Workday reporting, dashboards, and data management tools.

Aufgaben

• Serve as internal systems lead for the global Workday implementation across regions.
• Gather requirements from functional teams and translate into Workday configurations.
• Design and configure security, business processes, and workflows in Workday.
• Coordinate integrations with Looker, ERP, and international payroll.
• Support go-live and post‑go‑live activities; provide training to staff.
