Job summary

Osaic is seeking an Associate HRIS Analyst to support Workday and HR technology, working remotely from the USA. You will partner with HR Shared Services, Payroll and Benefits to resolve issues, maintain data integrity and improve Workday configurations.

The role covers Tier II production support, core HCM setup, UAT, reporting, and documentation. Strong Excel skills, English communication and time-zone adaptability are essential.

Qualifications

• 2–3 years experience in HRIS Level 2 support with SLAs
• 1–3 years hands-on configuration in Workday Core HCM
• Proficiency in creating/editing business processes, custom reports and dashboards
• Strong Excel and reporting skills
• Excellent written and verbal English communication
• Ability to work across time zones
• Detail-oriented with strong data accuracy
• Experience configuring multiple Workday products preferred but not required
• Strong analytical mindset and stakeholder collaboration skills

Responsibilities

• Investigate, troubleshoot, and resolve escalated cases via Help/Request processes
• Diagnose and resolve issues in Workday business processes, routing rules, notifications, and inbox tasks
• Monitor Workday transactions and ensure timely SLA-based resolutions
• Document findings, solutions, and recurring issues to improve support efficiency
• Create and maintain foundational HCM structures and assist with core Workday configuration
• Support creation/maintenance of business process notifications, tasks, and distributions
• Perform core HCM data loads using EIB and validate outcomes
• Assist with core HCM builds and documentation
• Create knowledge articles and SOPs
• Suggest workflow and user experience improvements
• Participate in HR technology projects and continuous improvement
• Support reporting requests through Workday reports (delivered/custom)
• Analyze data discrepancies with stakeholders and identify root causes
• Participate in audits and data validation for compliance
• Produce recurring operational/compliance reports
• Execute UAT and regression testing for Workday releases and projects
• Perform routine system tasks (year-end, audits, alerts)
• Engage in HR tech projects and process improvements
