Job summary

Workday is hiring a People Support Specialist to drive HR operations excellence within the People Operations team. You will serve as the Tier 2 contact for Workday escalations, run UATs, and ensure data integrity across HR processes in a hybrid environment.

With 6+ years in HR Operations or HRIS, you will partner with HR and COEs, improve self-service resources, and maintain confidentiality of all information while leveraging AI tools to optimize workflows.

Qualifications

• 6+ years in HR Operations or HRIS.
• Hands-on with Workday HCM, Recruiting, and Compensation.
• Ability to test enhancements and troubleshoot independently.
• Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills.
• Strong cross-functional collaboration with HR partners.
• Customer-service mindset and effective communication.
• Willingness to work with AI tools to improve HR processes.

Responsibilities

• Serve as Tier 2 Workday escalation contact for issues.
• Lead UAT for configurations and Workday releases.
• Improve employee self-service resources.
• Collaborate with HR Partners and COEs.
• Manage data integrity including EIB data loads.
• Maintain knowledge of Workday policies and HR programs.
• Ensure confidentiality of all HR information.
