Job summary

Optiv is seeking a Sr. HRIS Analyst to join the HRIS & HR Operations team in Leawood, KS. You will translate business requirements into Workday solutions, partner with HR and IT, and drive automated, standardized HR processes across the organization.

The role demands strong Workday configuration and reporting skills, along with project management experience and a focus on data integrity and security. Remote work options may be available where applicable.

Qualifications

• 5+ years related experience in HRIS/HR technology
• Workday experience required including security, reporting, and integrations
• Knowledge of HR modules: HCM, Compensation, Benefits, Time & Absence, Talent Management
• Strong analytical, testing, and change-management skills
• Ability to collaborate with HR, IT, Finance and other stakeholders

Responsibilities

• Lead and support HR technology enhancements including prioritization, research, resolution, change management, and issue tracking.
• Provide end-to-end functional support of Workday, including HCM, Compensation, Benefits, Time & Absence, Talent Management, Report Writer, Integrations, and Security Administration.
• Design and administer security architecture and governance across the Workday platform.
• Provide project management expertise for HR projects including integrations, upgrades, and enhancements.
• Act as HR technology liaison with stakeholders regarding Workday process design, data integrity, and security requirements.
• Optimize Optiv's use of HR technology to improve operations and consistency of processes.
• Coordinate testing, change management, and enhancement configuration for system upgrades.
• Suggest process improvements and innovative HR solutions.
• Manage escalated issues with internal teams and vendors.
