Job summary

Oura is seeking a Senior HRIS Analyst, Workday Administrator to own the configuration, testing, and deployment of Workday business processes. You will partner with HR, IT, Payroll and stakeholders to optimize Workday for our global locations and ensure secure data governance.

The role requires 5+ years of hands-on Workday HCM administration, strong analytical skills, and the ability to communicate complex configuration clearly. Occasional travel to Finland and some early meetings are expected.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of hands-on Workday HCM administration/configuration experience.
• Independent configuration, testing, and deployment across Workday tenants with proper change management.
• Strong understanding of Workday security model and auditing access.
• Experience supporting Workday releases and coordinating UAT with stakeholders.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills for non-technical audiences.
• A focus on end-user experience and measurable improvements.

Responsibilities

• Workday Business Process Configuration: configure, test, deploy HR processes end-to-end.
• People Systems Optimization: simplify and automate Workday configuration to fit real workflows.
• End User Experience: design self-service workflows, forms, and notifications.
• Security & Data Governance: maintain security groups and access controls.
• Testing & Change Management: create test scripts and coordinate regression testing.
• Reporting & Analytics: build reports and dashboards for leadership.
• Integration Support: collaborate on EIBs and Core Connectors with IT.
• Documentation & Enablement: document configuration and train teams.
• Cross-Functional Partnership: align with HR Ops, Payroll, IT, Legal.
