Job summary

Guidehouse is seeking a Workday Financials Technical Lead to own the Finance System of Record, ensuring platform stability, control effectiveness, and delivery outcomes. You will translate financial priorities into secure, scalable solutions across configuration, integrations, data, security, and reporting.

You will lead technical delivery, manage partners, and collaborate with Finance, IT, and Audit teams to maintain SOX controls and drive continuous improvement of Workday capabilities.

Qualifications

10+ years of relevant experience; or 14+ years in lieu of a degree.
Deep hands-on expertise in Workday Financial Management, including configuration, security, and reporting.
Experience leading ERP integrations, data interfaces, and data conversion.

Responsibilities

Serve as the senior technical owner of Workday Financial Management and drive platform stability and delivery outcomes.
Lead technical delivery for Workday changes, including scope, design, risk, testing, and deployment.
Ensure security, controls, data integrity, and SOX compliance across the financial platform.
Coordinate with Finance, IT, and external partners on integrations, governance, and reporting.
