CEI is seeking an HR Specialist focused on Workday HCM Data and Organizational Management. The role is 100% remote with a pay rate of $20.00–$21.50 per hour on a W2 basis, requiring about three years of Workday experience and strong Excel skills.

You will collaborate with HR partners to validate and process Workday transactions and support data integrity across the HR organization. Key duties include processing organizational and job changes, performing mass data updates via Workday EIBs, and

Competenze

• Approx. three years of hands-on Workday experience.
• Strong knowledge of Workday HCM and transactional processing.
• Intermediate to advanced Excel proficiency.

Mansioni

• Process organizational changes, job changes, one-time payments, corrections, cancellations, and rescissions in Workday.
• Prepare, review, and validate transaction information before processing updates.
• Perform mass data updates using Workday EIBs.
• Review and process transaction requests submitted by HR business partners.
• Respond to HR business partners regarding Workday system support and transaction status.
