Job summary

Stewart Title Guaranty Company is seeking an HCM Analyst to provide functional and technical support across Workday HCM and related HR modules. You will help ensure accurate, secure HR operations by supporting system administration, troubleshooting issues, maintaining data integrity, and identifying opportunities for process improvement.

You will partner with HR, Payroll, HR Technology, and other stakeholders to deliver scalable HR solutions, analytics, and automation, and you will support

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience supporting and/or administering Workday HCM in a functional-technical role.
• Experience troubleshooting HR systems, maintaining data integrity, and supporting reporting and analytics.
• Knowledge of additional Workday modules, including Recruiting, Onboarding, Learning, Talent & Performance, Compensation, Payroll, or Benefits.
• Experience with process improvement, automation, testing, or HR technology initiatives.

Responsibilities

• Provide functional support for Workday HCM and related modules, including Recruiting, Onboarding, Learning, Talent & Performance, Compensation, Benefits, and Payroll.
• Perform system testing, data loads, organizational maintenance, reporting, and analysis.
• Investigate and resolve system and data issues, escalating complex problems as needed.
• Support security audits, role reviews, access controls, and compliance requirements.
• Maintain process documentation and support cross-training initiatives.
• Partner with the HR Experience Team to conduct audits, improve data accuracy, and streamline HR processes.
• Collaborate with HR Centers of Excellence (COEs) on reporting, testing, learning initiatives, and HR technology support.
• Identify opportunities to improve processes, strengthen controls, and enhance the employee experience.
