Job summary

Sentara Workforce Solutions, LLC is seeking a Workday Technology Analyst to partner with HR and business stakeholders. The role leads discovery, designs and configures Workday solutions, and supports releases and testing to strengthen reporting and analytics across the employee lifecycle.

The ideal candidate will have 3–5 years of Workday HCM experience, hands-on configuration across multiple modules, and a strong focus on data integrity, security, and compliance.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of Workday HCM experience supporting complex HR systems.
• Experience configuring and supporting Workday across Core HCM and at least one additional module.
• Strong troubleshooting and post-production support skills.
• Knowledge of Workday EIBs and data loading.

Responsibilities

• Lead the analysis, configuration, testing, and deployment of Workday HCM solutions across Core HCM and related areas.
• Partner with stakeholders to translate business requirements into scalable system designs.
• Provide advanced production support and issue resolution.
• Support releases, upgrades, patches, testing, and data integrations.
