Job summary

MANTECH is seeking a motivated Workday HCM Business Analyst to support our HR systems architecture and business processes. The role blends technical configuration with functional analysis to optimize Workday HCM and Recruiting workflows across the organization.

The position is remote with occasional onsite collaboration in Herndon, VA, offering opportunities to drive digital transformation within a large enterprise and interact with cross-functional teams and stakeholders.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree and 3+ years of progressive experience in HRIS or functional analysis.
• Workday HCM and Recruiting experience required.
• Significant experience navigating Workday configuration and business process frameworks.
• Experience working across a large team to drive a digital transformation agenda.

Responsibilities

• Create, update, maintain, and interpret functional design and configuration documentation for Workday HCM and Recruiting modules.
• Collaborate with management and stakeholders to drive system enhancements for HR information systems.
• Document responses to functional requirements and update business processes accordingly.
• Audit and ensure data integrity across the Workday platform.
• Maintain system baselines and security role assignments and business process policies.
• Support recruitment workflows to meet talent acquisition requirements.
• Recommend process improvements to streamline candidate and recruiter experience.
