Job summary

Ipas is seeking a Workday System Administrator to manage and maintain the Workday system across Finance, HR, and related areas. This remote role offers a US salary of $120,000 and can be performed from any US state or select international locations.

You will handle security, business process configuration, data loads, integrations, upgrades, and engage contractors as needed, while ensuring data integrity and cross‑functional alignment with HR and Finance.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in related field.
• 5 or more years relevant experience.
• At least 3 years Workday ERP experience, with expertise in FDM and exposure to HRIS.
• Experience managing contractors, and vendors.
• Expertise in the design, implementation, and deployment of user-centric systems, with a focus on usability.
• Proven record of clear communication (oral and written) with diverse audiences and a record of producing clear documentation.

Responsibilities

• Provides routine support for Workday functional areas: Procurement and Suppliers, Expense Management, Banking and Settlement, Financial Accounting, Business Assets, Projects, Budgeting and Financial Planning.
• Supports these functional areas in a production environment and works independently with minimal oversight.
• Performs Workday administrative functions including security maintenance, business process configuration, tenant configuration, data loads, integrations, and upgrades.
• Monitors tickets and responds to daily support requests and resolves issues.
• Provides technical and functional expertise including solution review and recommendations.
• Writes technical configuration including workflows, custom fields/reports/dashboards/integrations and access rights.
