Ipas is seeking a Workday System Administrator to manage Workday across Procurement, Expenses, Banking, GL, Projects and more. The role requires hands-on security, configuration, data loads, integrations and upgrades.

The position is remote-based with US-based salary of $120,000 and can be performed from many US states and several international locations; strong communication and vendor management skills are essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in related field.
• 5+ years relevant experience.
• At least 3 years Workday ERP experience, with expertise in FDM.
• Experience managing contractors and vendors.
• Proven communication and documentation skills.

Responsibilities

• Provide routine support for Workday functional areas (Procurement, Expenses, Banking, GL, Projects, Budgeting).
• Manage Workday admin functions: security, business processes, data loads, integrations, upgrades.
• Monitor tickets and communicate with internal customers; provide technical/functional expertise.
• Lead change management for new system rollouts and upgrades; coordinate with external resources as needed.
• Ensure data integrity and liaise with HR for cross-functional alignment.
