Zoom is seeking a Workday Extend Developer on the Enterprise Applications team to design and build complex integrations and Extend apps for the global workforce. This fully remote role is open to U.S.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of Workday experience with 3+ years designing and building Workday Extend applications.
• 4+ years developing Workday integrations using Orchestrate, EIB, Core Connectors, Cloud Connect, Document Transforms, and Workday Studio.
• Solid knowledge of Workday functional areas (HCM, Payroll, Benefits, Talent, Absence Management) and security configurations.
• Proficiency in web service integrations (SOAP, REST, WSDL, XML) and XSLT; Python or JavaScript a plus.

Responsibilities

• Design and develop custom Workday Extend solutions addressing business needs and employee experience.
• Lead integration efforts as technical liaison, with detailed specs, field mappings, and architectural designs for global deployments.
• Apply software engineering depth across Workday HCM, Expense, Benefits, Payroll, Talent, Absence Management modules with focus on integration quality.
• Define requirements, provide effort estimates, and build solutions leveraging Workday Integration Toolkit (Orchestrate, Core Connectors, EIBs, Document Transforms, Workday Studio).
• Drive continuous improvement through analysis, design, implementation, testing, and refinement.
