Job summary

Zoom is seeking a Workday Extend Developer for its Enterprise Applications team. This fully remote role supports the global workforce by building integrations and custom applications within the Workday Extend and HCM ecosystem.

You'll collaborate with People Experience and IT, lead integration efforts, and shape scalable enterprise solutions. A strong background in Workday Extend, integrations (Orchestrate, EIB, Core Connectors), and security configurations is essential.

Qualifications

• 7+ years Workday experience, including 3+ years designing and building Workday Extend applications
• Experience delivering end-to-end Workday integrations and Extend implementations
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, CIS, or equivalent experience

Responsibilities

• Design and develop custom Workday Extend solutions addressing business needs
• Lead integration efforts as technical liaison, writing specifications and designs for global deployment
• Apply software engineering depth across Workday HCM, Payroll, Benefits, Talent, and Absence Management with a focus on integration quality
• Define requirements, provide effort estimates, and build solutions using Orchestrate, EIB, Core Connectors, Cloud Connect, Document Transforms, and Workday Studio
• Drive continuous improvement through analysis, design, implementation, testing, and refinement
