Job summary

Arrow Electronics is seeking a Workday Analyst to join its global HR Technology team. The role focuses on day-to-day Workday support, HCM modules, and user testing within a fast-paced, globally distributed environment.

You will partner with HR/Payroll teams across EMEA/APAC, research issues, and follow SOPs to implement effective resolutions while developing training materials for internal clients. This position can be 100% remote, with a permanent contract and attractive benefits.

Qualifications

• Experience in a similar role working with Workday HRIS system.
• Previous Workday configuration experience is a plus.
• Payroll knowledge/experience is desirable.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Strong business acumen within a technical environment.
• Collaborates well with others.
• Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to prioritize workload and provide timely follow-up.

Responsibilities

• Provides day to day support in HR technology solutions strictly related to Workday.
• Support Workday Modules: HCM, Recruiting, Benefits, Absence, Time Off, including researching and resolving problems.
• Serve as an HR Technology consultative partner to HR/Payroll teams in EMEA/APAC to enhance operations.
• Identify and research issues and formulate resolutions using SOPs and best practices.
• Follow Workday best practices, development standards, and guidelines.
• Create test scenarios and test scripts.
• Perform system testing and coordinate user testing and acceptance.
• Provide resolution within due dates and maintain SOP documentation.
• Escalate issues as appropriate to the Global HR Technology team.
• Develop user procedures, guidelines and documentation with internal resources.
• Work with HR Technology Global Team to train internal clients on new processes in Time Off and Absence modules.

The global HR Technology team is looking for an individual to work as a Workday Analyst on various projects. If you are interested in developing yourself as a Workday Analyst, participating in a lot of trainings and being part of a global project.

What You Will Be Doing at Arrow?

• Provides day to day support in HR technology solutions strictly related to Workday
• Responsible to support Workday Modules: HCM, Recruiting, Benefits, Absence, Time Off, including researching and resolving problems, unexpected results or process flaws.
• Serves as a strong HR Technology consultative partner to HR/Payroll teams in EMEA/APAC to enhance local operations and employee experience.
• Identifies and researches issues /system defects (with/without guidance) and formulates resolutions/recommendations by analyzing fact patterns and applying/following standard operating procedures (SOP) and best practices.
• Follow Workday best practices, development standards, and guidelines.
• Creates test scenarios and test scripts.
• Performs system testing and coordinates user testing and acceptance.
• Provides resolution in accordance with due dates and documents and maintains SOP documentation and processes. Escalates issues as appropriate to the Global HR Technology team.
• Works with other internal resources to develop user procedures, guidelines and documentation.
• Works with HR Technology Global Team to develop and train internal clients on new processes and functionality in the Time Off and Absence Modules.
