Job summary

Ringside Talent Acquisition Partners is seeking a Workday Systems Analyst to configure and optimize Workday across HR modules in a fully remote role based out of Cleveland, OH. You’ll partner with HR, Payroll and IT to translate requirements into effective configurations and ensure data integrity.

The candidate should have hands-on Workday configuration experience, strong analytical skills, and the ability to work independently in a remote, fast-paced environment with exposure to Core HCM,

Qualifications

• Hands-on Workday configuration experience.
• Experience with Payroll, Time Tracking, Benefits, Absence, Core HCM, and Security is preferred.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication across HR, Payroll, IT stakeholders.
• Ability to work independently in a remote environment.

Responsibilities

• Configure and maintain Workday modules to support business and HR needs.
• Gather requirements with HR, Payroll, Benefits and translate into Workday configurations.
• Troubleshoot and resolve system issues across Workday modules.
• Support Workday releases, testing and change management for new features.
• Build and maintain reports, dashboards, and business process configurations.
• Ensure data integrity and security configurations are maintained.
• Document configurations, processes and testing procedures.
• Provide end-user support and training on Workday functionality.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify process improvements.
