Job summary

Beacon Mobility is seeking an experienced Workday HRIS Consultant to own Core HCM, Recruiting, Learning, and Talent configurations. You will partner with HR, Talent, Learning, and IT to translate business needs into scalable Workday solutions and drive enhancements that align with our people strategy.

In this remote role based in the United States, you will manage the full lifecycle of Workday requests, lead upgrades, ensure data integrity, provide end-user training, and collaborate with vendors

Qualifications

• 7+ years of Workday configuration focusing on Core HCM, Recruiting, Learning, and Talent.
• Partner with HR/business stakeholders to translate needs into Workday configurations.
• Lead upgrades, validation, testing, and documentation of Workday changes.
• Strong communication and cross-functional collaboration.

Responsibilities

• Partner with HR and stakeholders to understand needs and translate into Workday configurations.
• Serve as SME for Workday Core HCM, Recruiting, Learning, and Talent.
• Own full lifecycle of Workday requests—from intake to deployment.
• Analyze processes and recommend Workday-based improvements.
• Configure and maintain Workday processes, security, integrations, and reports.
• Lead or support system upgrades and tenant refreshes.
• Provide training and support to end users on new functionality.
• Ensure data integrity through audits and governance.
• Up to 25% travel is required.
