Job summary

The Matlen Silver Group, Inc. is seeking a Workday Adaptive Planning Configurator for a 12-month contract-to-hire engagement. The role is remote for USC or GC candidates in the United States, with hourly W2 pay.

Responsibilities include administering, configuring, and supporting Workday Adaptive Planning solutions for strategic workforce planning, headcount forecasting, capacity planning, and budgeting in collaboration with HR, Finance, and business leaders.

Qualifications

• Hands-on Workday Adaptive Planning configuration.
• Strategic workforce planning and headcount forecasting.
• Adaptive models, sheets, dimensions, versions, and hierarchies.
• Scenario planning, assumptions, and calculations.
• Workforce forecasting, capacity planning, and staffing-demand planning.
• Workday HCM reporting and workforce analytics.
• Workday Prism Analytics.
• Workday integrations and data validation.
• Advanced reports (Matrix, Composite, custom).
• Experience supporting implementations, releases, enhancements, and production issues.
• Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and stakeholder-management skills.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain Adaptive Planning models, sheets, dimensions, versions, hierarchies, and scenarios.
• Partner with HR, Finance and leaders to forecast staffing demand and support strategic staffing decisions.
