Job summary

The Squires Group is seeking an experienced Workday Adaptive Planning Consultant to support a budgeting transformation for a client. This remote, client-facing role will partner with finance leaders to redesign and optimize an existing Adaptive Planning environment.

The engagement focuses on improving planning models, budgeting processes, and maximizing value from an already-deployed solution, with occasional travel for meetings about once per month.

Qualifications

• Active Workday Adaptive Planning Certification required.
• 5+ years of consulting or industry experience with Workday Adaptive Planning or similar EPM.
• 2+ years leading Adaptive Planning workstreams and at least two implementations or optimizations.

Responsibilities

• Partner with client stakeholders to redesign Workday Adaptive Planning solutions.
• Lead Adaptive Planning workstreams for budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning optimization.
• Design and enhance complex Adaptive Planning models for accuracy.
• Translate requirements into scalable planning solutions and best practices.
• Facilitate workshops with finance and business leaders.
• Configure, test, validate, and deploy enhancements.
• Support UAT, knowledge transfer, and client adoption.
• Provide guidance on Enterprise Performance Management processes.
• Mentor junior team members and contribute to project success.
