Matlen Silver is seeking a Workday Adaptive Planning Configurator to administer, configure, and support Workday Adaptive Planning solutions for strategic workforce planning, headcount forecasting, capacity planning, staffing-demand analysis, budgeting, and long-range planning.

You will collaborate with Workforce Management, HR, Finance and business leaders to forecast staffing demand, validate workforce assumptions, analyze labor expenses, and support strategic staffing decisions on a remote,

Qualifications

Hands-on Workday Adaptive Planning configuration.
Strategic workforce planning and headcount forecasting experience.
Experience with Adaptive models, sheets, dimensions, versions and hierarchies.
Proficient in scenario planning, assumptions and calculations.
Forecasting workforce needs, capacity planning, and staffing-demand planning.

Responsabilités

Administer, configure, enhance, and support Workday Adaptive Planning solutions.
Develop and maintain Adaptive Planning models, sheets, dimensions, versions, hierarchies, assumptions, calculations, scenarios, integrations and workforce reports.
Collaborate with Workforce Management, Talent Acquisition, HR, Finance and leaders to forecast staffing demand and analyze labor expenses.
